Hard to connect to Witlock
Recently bought two (2) Witlocks for testing and encountered a problem when the device loses power. Once power is restored, the device keeps on sounding the alarm and the app cannot connect to the device.
This is quite frustrating!

On behalf of my company we would like to apologize if you encountered the reported issue.
I see that you have multiple concerns.
(1) the device keeps on sounding the alarm on reboot
(2) the app cannot connect to the device
for issue (1) Right now we are working on it, we will you give you an update as soon as we fixed the issue.
for issue (2) I have few questions
What is the witlock application version you're using?
Is there an error message when the app cannot connect to the device? if there is, what does the error say?

The version I am using is version 1.5.
There is an error message from the app saying the app cannot connect to the device. Will check the exact error

These are some possible reasons for the app cannot connect to the device.
1. The device is not powered up.
2. The device might not be fully booted up yet.
3. Someone is already connected to the device for blue-tooth is only 1 is to 1 connection
4. You entered incorrect password.
To check if the device is powered up and finished booting,
1. Check the RED LED in the device.
2. if its lit up and not blinking.
You can also check if the witlock device is nearby in your smartphone's blue-tooth settings.
